Education (Continuing & Extension)

School of Continuing & Extension Education will mainly focus on the areas of Nutrition, Child Care, Food Security, Self-Help Groups, Special Education, Value Education, Educational Technology, Open & Distance Education, School Leadership & Management, Youth in Development, Women in Development, Higher Education Management, Counselling & Guidance, Participatory Development, HIV & AIDS, and Journalism & Mass Communication etc.

Diploma and Certificate level programmes will be offered to specific target groups. Short-term add-on Programmes in the above areas will be provided to students already enrolled in Colleges and Universities to enhance their employability. Help of various governmental and non-governmental agencies/organization will be sought in design and development of self-instructional materials. Course writers, instructors and counselors will be drawn from diverse fields.
